Engine management is next, AEM for stand alone and VAFC if youre on a budget. Also, a single sided exhuast will give you a little more power and shed some weight.
If money is no object, the possibilities are endless as far as making hp. NA, supercharged, or turbo charged.
It might help to let us know what your plans are, as far as type of use(track/street/both) and what your budget is.

why do you say remove the header? is it just the DC or any header for the S2000, we have the comptech on ours and no loss of power or any probs.

At least I know the guy and can see if he has scanned a dyno chart... Do you even know anyone that's seen dyno losses(same dyno/and temp) with the DC?
Not that I would buy it anyways... I'd save up for FI instead of throwing away money for such pitiful gains.

you can say you know a million guys with DC in his s2 and gain power but you still need to prove it with dyno chart
...
