Default ground problem?

what up folks? Okay so I have an emanage ultimate on an 03 s2000 with a comptech supercharger and a built engine. Having some problems with the tps and ground problems, wondering if they are related.

Heres the deal, if i test the ground pin on the ecu (with the ultimate removed) my meter reads 2 volts.... And the reference voltage on the tps is 7v when it should be 5v. So at closed position the tps is putting out a 2-3v signal when it should be close to zero.

Now, what i need is a diagram or document from the fsm that shows where the ecu is grounded through the harness. Any links to an fsm or opinions on the problem would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Brett

The TPS, MAP sensors share a common ground with the ECU itself, according to the Service Manual diagram.
