how hard is it to put Ek foglights on an AP1? and any mods needed to do so? and if u have it done can u post some pix please

i heard that it it isnt that hard, u just need the right tools/patience/time. basiclaly gotta cut part of the bumper right, then do wiring. there is a few post on here and s2ki.com

its not to hard.

just dremel out the brake vents and run some wires

 

its it fits perfect? like its not gonna look out of place is it?i want it to look stock like how they are on the EK's

 

i wouldnt say its a perfect fit, but if you work on it enough and be **** with the install then you can get it as close to 'perfect' as possible...

 

Just remember that it does leave a little gap on the bottom corners depending on how you install them. Also take into mind that it will work easily with the OEM lip but when you attempt to fit it with an Airwalker lip like we did then it can be very time consuming.

they dont fit perfect, their will be a gap or two depending how you line up the bezel and cut the brake duct. I doubt the gap will be that big and noticable from far away.

 

Anyone have any pics of their car with foglights? I've wanted to put them on mine but I just want to see how it looks.

 

someguy on here had a whole thread on it with pics and all it looked sweet.....

Don't put the yellow lamin-x over your headlights...the fogs yes, the headlights no.

I will find a pic of it done...I just saw it the other day on s2ki.

 

cool ive seen some pix but id like to see more

 

its not that hard if you know what your doing and have the right tools. also the time. but at the end you'll see it was worth it. did it on my bros s2k. and a lip will be needed to cover the small corner gaps.

i molded mine cause i didnt like the way they fit when i just cut em and put em in... they fit awesome now and the lip isnt a bad fit either
