Default EPS Light, No Vtec, Speedometer at zero

Whats going on with my car?

I had this same issue with my other AP1 ended up selling it with this issue.

My 2nd AP1 has the same issue.

is the speed sensor plugged in, did you go through the EPS troubleshooting procedure, and I'm not sure for the S2k, but for other Honda's you need the VSS for VTEC to engage (certain speed required to engage VTEC)

Best bet is to just replace the entire EPS system, the VTEC solenoid, change the oil, and swap out the VSS.
