Engine code for an S2K?

From: Scraping all over 562 to the 714, SoCal
Engine code for an S2K?
My friend recently purchased an '05 and he told me the S2K motor was a K-series, and I was like dude I highly doubt that so can someone tell me what the engine code really is? Believe it was like an "F" something...
