Default Coil question

Today I took the S2000 to get emissions tested. Apparently my check engine light isn't working, because the car failed. The codes are showing a misfire in all 4 cylinders. But what's weird is the car wasn't running bad at all. I can go all the way to 9000 without any hiccups.

Anyway, I am driving home and the car dies on me at a light. I try for about 30 minutes, and then it finally started back up. I get home and decide to pull the plugs. The plugs are all identical.... white around the electrode with black everywhere else at the end of the plug. Then 3 of the coils are brown at the end, and 1 is it's normal black rubber color. They kinda smell like burning rubber, but I would assume that's normal being in a hot engine.

Does anyone think this is a sign of bad coils? Or could it be worse? I have an appointment with the dealership on Tuesday. I just hope it's simple like replacing coils. I don't even want to think of it being worse. Any thoughts guys?
