JDM or Euro Spec headlight housing are available, but extremely expensive ($400-500 each). There are a few shops that will clear out the headlights for a hefty charge, but more than likely you will have to do it yourself. Sidemarkers are readily available, feel to email me if you need a vendor name/website.

This is a picture of my headlights after I spent eight hours clearing them.

Ok, Time out. We need a how to do on this one.

1) What would you do different if you had to do it again?
2) Did you have to break off any seals?
3) Are you seeing any moisture in the headlight assembly now?
4) Did it mess with your light alignment?
5) What tools did you use?
