to be honest, i wouldn't put chromies on an s2k but it's each to their own.

my friends has CTW chrome rims on her civic, they are so hot. im not sure if they are still available, but i love them!

wtf.....ignorance

honda ppl are so against chrome...but why? because that's the honda-tech way. Chrome wheels look GREAT on many paint colors....red and black especially. If you get a good looking wheel...you can have just about any finish and it look good, too.

chrome isn't expensive

no more expensive than ppl putting Mugen wheels on civics, or Volks, or anything of the sort.

expensive...come from "Mugen ***** club member #001" ignorance

expensive if you buy good chrome wheels, second mugen and volk wheels are performance... FYI most people on this board care more about performance than looks

Chrome is like anything, it has to go with the car. Most people on this site probably associate chrome plated wheels with gauty 22 inch spinners. Just becuase the wheels are chrome doesn't mean they'll look like ****. By the logic in this thread, chrome Volk TE37's shouldn't go on a Honda becuase its not a $50,000 car?

I do think that only racing wheels should be put on an S2k, anything else would be just ruining the car. As for the color of the wheels, its all in retrospect to the rest of the car

And as for it being too expensive, just look at anything GayDM which defies pointless and expensive

You can have both. Just becuase it performs well doesn't mean it has to look like ****.

EXACTLY

looks = 100% personal preference.

just cause you don't think somethign looks good, or instead of you...i'll say what you THINK h-t likes, doesn't mean it doesn't to someone who's not a brainwashed sheep.

nah its cool. its not my car...

adding to the thing on how s2000's are a certain price la la la...s2k's are $75,000AU, without additional costs...in other words, it is considered an expencive car.

an acura honda NSX here is 245,000AU and i wont go to further into Mercedes, BMW etc...

people have there own tastes, and when the put their own thing on there car (that others might no agree with), it just goes to show that they are original and that have something to call their own...

my 2 cents...

You guys that are crying about "no chrome on an S2000," Who gives a ****? It is their car, let them do what they want. Most of you say, "oh no chrome, it's not performance." Yet, you have 100lb systems in your trunk and unecessary body pieces, etc. Let people get what they want.

And what about polished aluminum?? That is still light, not heavy like your normal chrome wheel.

And to the starter of this thread: If you need to come on here to ask people what you should get, maybe you should think for yourself and not care what other people think. Do you have a low self-esteem or something???
