Default Check engine light please help, trying to sell..

Hello,

I installed a test pipe with oem o2 sensor about 2 months ago approx. Since, ive put about 1,000 miles or so on it, maybe 2000 tops. Three days into swapping out the cat, i got a check engine light. So i disconnected the battery and the radio needs the code. Anyways, the check engine light is still on and i put the oem CAT back on. The stock oem cat only has 50k miles through it and it passed smog a few months back. I reset the battery again and the light went off for about a minute until i =gave it a modest rev. Now it is back on and I dont know what to do? My turbo integra used to give me a check engine light with a gutted cat, but after a battery reset, or an unplugging of the ECU, it would go away for a few weeks. How can I fix that dreaded yellow light?? Thanks

its normal when you install a test pipe.. you need an o2 simulator ... but now that you put the OEM cat back on, the o2 is prolly damage from too much exhaust fumes and excessive heat

That is the one, but I would just use your OEM one, or at least a Bosch.

thats universal ... meaning you need to cut the wires and solder it to yer stock harness ... get OEM one ... make sure its the secondary o2 sensor that causes the check engine light though ... go to auto zone and let then check the CEL for you for FREE

^^^^ that is true, because your primary could be throwing a CEL.
