Default a/c help

Recently i've noticed a change in my air conditioning. When i have it set to cold and on at an notch (high or low) and the a/c button on, i get an influx of cold. For maybe a minute it will be refreshingly cold, and then the next minute it feels like its just blowing cool air. Could the freon need recharging? Is there a short with the a/c button somewhere?

All cars should have R134a in them now.

Take it to the dealership and have it serviced.

If it's blowing really cold air, I don't think it's the coolant, but it sounds like the temp control not working correctly. reguardless what I'm saying etc. the thing to do is have it checked out.

just grab a thermostat and put that baby in the vent. I dont remember how cold its supposed to be i think 52 degrees celsius or something. If its higher than that you need freon. If there is some kind of surge going on ie. its cold then not so cold but then its cold again i think its the sensor. Also there is a diagnosis in the A/C i think if you press the AC button like 6 times or something when the car is on ACC, the lights will blink with a code. You get the idea.
