What you want is something called the DCI (Dash control Interface).
As far as I know, it was invented by a guy at s2ki named MagGuyver. You can post to the electronics section there for details. What this thing is is a S2000 specific "black box" that interfaces with the S2000's remote pins and outputs it to an infrared eye. It is said to work extremely well. I have the Sony version, which is different in that it outputs to a wired remote input on the deck. The DCI has no noticeable lag, btw. This device WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT A BEST BUY OR CRUTCHFIELD; it is a VERY specific part.
The other thing you can do is the Pacic Accessories Corp. PAC SWI-X. This is a general part for all cars and is available everywhere. It is more of a pain to install and there is a lag on it executing the instructions.
This "PIONEER CD-RA306HD" is probably not going to do what you want as the S2000's radio controls are specific to S2000s. I recommend the DCI; it costs about $90 if I remember right. The install is super-easy.
