Wrd finally got my ruckus 2004 picked up last nite with a freind of mine he also got one some old guy had a blk one and a red one we bought both for $1700 1st owner lol

thanx there 2003 and we bot them for $1,700 for both of them the guy who had them cought cancer so he wanted to sell them one was his and the other his wifes 1229 miles on 1 and 1243 on the other

I'm thinking about picking one of these up. I've thought about it for a few years now. It would mostly serve as a "pitbike" when myself and/or my dad go to the track, but I would register it in case I decide to brave the streets on short commutes. I have a few Q's:
-All I'm seeing are 2009s. Is Honda not making these for 2010?
-Best price "new" I've seen is $1788 on ebay. Best price new and local is $2000. I don't think I would want to hassle with traveling to pick one up or paying to have it shipped here. It seems like $2000 might not be a bad deal. I prefer red over black. Decent deal?
-I know I should do more "searching", but realistically what mods actually produced some power on this thing and what would it cost me?

yes aquito. u also need insurance too. lucky i live in colorado and dont have to get any of those but i chose to since i have about 8g's in mine. lol
looking good so far. cant wait to see it when it gets done!

Just got it back together after extension.
Now I need ATR low stance shock, gas tank cover, side stand, headlight, tail light, need to put my mirrors back on, clean up some cabling, DIY intake, and I'm working on getting a takeyari pipe fabbed up.
