if i accidentily mixed 2 types of oil (5w-30 and 10w-40) i dont think it will but im just making sure.

Ongoing with this question about oil: Would it be "ok" to add the royal purple oil to mobil ones 5w30, if you oil is a bit down the normal mark due to vtec engagement when necessary?

We know vtec tends to burn oil, and mine does when i engage it from to time, and the problem is that i ran out of mobil oil and i have one quart of royal purple left from a few months ago. could i use this quart and be done with it?

Basically can you mix royal purple and mobil1 if you have no more oil around?

Oh another thing, where can i get royal purple for a REASONABLE price?
