Default Worth it to rebuilt?---H23a1

Hey all, I have a H23a1 in my 94si right now and its just bout ready to turn over 150k, hears the question. There is a local race shop that can do a bore and hone and decking plus new bearing and polish the crank and assemble the whole lower end for about 750~1000 and then drop a H22 cylinder head on it or swap the whole engine for a H22 but that will cost me around 1600~2000 for motor i think? thats what i've been seeing. The tranny is a M2s4 i belive, runs ok now but gettin noisy, just seein your guys opinions, would I b makin any more power from the H23/H22 or will the H22 come out on top. H23 has the usual bolt ons

def rebuild the h23 for boost... or rebuild leave stock compression pistons in and drop the h22 head on rebuilt also and then you could turbo or just have a monster under the hood (eventually my plan once $$$$$ comes in)
