Workshop Manual?

Hi Ive been looking for a workshop manual or similar but there is nothing available in the uk (to my knowlage) ive herd you guys talking about a Helms manaul, is this what im looking for and if so where can i get one??

Helms manuel is what you are looking for. Check the Classifieds in HT or check ebay once in a while. I believe you can buy them at a honda dealership but they are pretty expensive.
