A friend of mine bought a JDM H22 motor and it didn't have a wire harness on it, and we don't know why it didn't come with one. Well anyways, I have a harness off my old motor, and was wondering if it would fit on the JDM motor and still work?? Would this be possible??

What year is his motor? And which ECU does he have?

I have a '92 Lude Si with H23. I put a JDM H22 in it and used the stock H23 wire harness.

You wouldnt be able to use the JDM wire harness anyway, it is too short b/c their cars are right hand drive.

Also, I used the JDM P13 ecu. Just ran two wires to the ecu from the vtec solenoid and the oil pressure switch. One other wire was run to ground the solenoid.

I don't know the year motor he bought, but he has the JDM ECU...The harness is coming off my old 97 motor that I blew
