I own a 1998 type R and my friend has a 1998 prelude. will my 92 sensor work for him. His top 02 sensor went out and he just needs to pass smog. They told him it would be like 300 for a new one and thats alot of money

 

just get one of the bosch ones from pepboys....they're like $60 new

but yes, yours will work.....

 

He would have to splice all the wires thought ...correct ? The harness would be different or atleast a different length. Correct me if im wrong, im just throwing ideas out there.
