The one I attempted to circle. Its not the one that goes to the intake. What is used for or whats the name of it? Do you know where I could buy one that is not welded together to the vacuum hose thing lol?

Looks like a coolant line maybe coming off the FITV or IACV but can't really tell from that pic! I'll check my car and I'll let you know in a bit

 

Yes, it is a coolant pipe. Its designed to heat the incoming fresh air on the PCV system. You can eliminate it. Go buy some heater hose and install the hose in place of the pipe.
