I'm running on Neuspeed Race springs with Koni yellows, I love the height that it drops, but it's very uncomfortable for my taste. overall it's a good choice for that kind of price.

Re: neuspeed springs (gills)
I also used to have the Neuspeed race springs with Koni Yellows. I loved everything about 'em, except the ride height, so I moved the c-clip on the konis to the highest setting, and it gave me a ~1.75" drop. Very nice, IMO (doesn't help a whole lot in the streetability factor, but it helps, nonetheless). I could take about 75% of speedbumps with this setup.
Ride was smooth as stock, except when the koni's were set to full stiff, during which you felt every little imperfection in the road, all while sticking even better.
FYI, i only replaced these with GC's for a slightly stiffer setup (Neuspeed Race springs are rated at 400/345, while I went to a 450/375 setup), and the ability for increased height adjustability.

neuspeed sports on koni yellows. Nice combo. not too low, not too stiff, handles great. I think the race springs might be overkill for a daily driver.

Check my setup page on HP. It gives you an idea. There is still a gap. Then again I don't scrape the bottom of the bumper cover <G>.

Re: neuspeed springs (jc836)
I love my Neuspeed Race...they don't ride bad at all, and all the other suspension is still stock. It depends on how stiff and how low you want, though. The ride is stiff, but not bad (put it this way...my girl doesn't mind them)...and I have 18's and a Wings West RS kit...the tires sit flush, but I have no rub (even when I crank the wheel) and I can handle most speed bumps. As far as other recommendations...the H&R springs are decent

Re: neuspeed springs (COLude)
Try H&R springs. I think that they are much better. Both of my freinds have GS-R. One of them uses Neuspeed Spings with Tokico shocks and the other H&R with Tokico shocks. I've notice a difference between the two and like the H&R. But on my prelude I'm using Tanaebe Sustec so I don't know how it would be on the prelude.

Re: neuspeed springs (burn)
If you call the distributor you can usually find out spring rates from them directly, it might take a couple of salesmen before they ask a tech but you'll find out eventually. FYI they are required to know that information.
From past experience, the Neuspeeds have not lived up to their expectations for alot of the cars I deal with, iunno maybe they were better off makin banners and licence plate covers.
For most over aggressive drivers, the neuspeeds won't cut it no matter what strut you match em up with, but for a daily driver (grocery grabber) they should be fine..... or do what i do grab some sustecs, crank em all the way down, and ruin some tires.
