Default what to do next

I've got a manual 92 si. All that ive done to the engine is did a really good tune up-new oem distributor car, rotor cap, spark plug wires, all new relays, new battery, bosch platinum 4 plugs, oil change every 3000 miles, Z-MAX, new cat, AEM shortram intake. On the outside i got a new paint job, clear lights all around, silverstar headlight bulbs, Piaa lighting bulbs everywhere else, sumitomo tires, new rear suspension (accident but fixed really good ), 1200 watt sound system, alarm w/starter kill, tint. My question is what i should do next, i plan on doing a h22 swap later because the motor is still good, so i'll wait till it blows up, then its v-tec time . I want to get an exhaust but i dont want to get a ticket for some dumb *** exhaust, but anyways i still want to get one. I dont know if i should get a cat-back or just a nice deep sounding muffler. I dont really want to spend 500 for an exhaust right now since im saving up for the swap, my question is will a muffler help at all or is it just for sound and look? I've noticed that the prelude piping isn't that small, so what do you all think?? Or if you've got another mod in mind please let me know. thanks in advance
