so one of my headlights went out, so i'm looking at getting some new blubs, i don't want hids i just want a replacment,

what is the "best" or one of the best out there? i know the Phylips X-treme or w.e it is is good, but i can't find it anywhere?

all i want is to just replace the bulb not "retrofit" anything just plug and play and money isnt tight so yea

 

If money isn't tight, the PIAA are good, especially the spark blue. If you want weird colors, go Luminics.

Yes a 9003 bulb and a H4 bulb are the same thing. There are just two different naming systems (for instance 9006 is called HB4 in the other naming system)
