Default weird idle problem

i'm kinda thinking its not a vac leak anymore but wondering if you guys have any suggestions

the car idles fine. solid, does not fluctuate. but when i rev the motor up to lets say 3k then let off, the rpms drop real low , prolly around 500 rpm the motor starts to spit and shake like its about to die.. then goes back up to regular idle like nothin...

i have no idea. plugs/ wires are new

cap/rotor going on tomorrow with fuel filter

ideas?

Mine will do this sometimes too( only in cold weather). I think the iac uses a wax pellet and maybe the temperature is affecting it, just a thought.
