Default vtec problem?

well im not sure if the problem is with the air fuel but i dyno'd my car and it came out to 115whp. that was in another thread
well now i was driving and shifted from 2-3 at 7400 and it stutters.....when it engages in 3rd its really rough.
my af ratio was in the 10's...

anybody know anything about this?
the vtec works for sure but its just not smoooth at all.

h22a1 w/ AEM CAI, greddy header, dual N1's, VAFC

btw everyone thinks i lose a lot of torque and lowend power but that is where i beat a lot of people from 2k - 4.5k i made more power then them....
