i had one on my gsr, the shift is really short, I liked it, cuz it was easier to race with, but it's easier to grind gears with since it's a shorter throw. but I think if you race it's worth the money.

I don't have a short shifter on my Lude...i've basically stayed away from them because of the stories i've heard on how they can cause grinding and poorer quality shifts on Hondas in general. I'm not sure how valid that is though...?

on the prelude, the short shifter bracket mounts the transmission cable higher up, which reduces the motion needed to shift into gear

Default Remember...

Lets not get short-throw shift kits confused with shortened levers.

I've tried DC and Neuspeed adapters, and I dont like them. Shift is shorter, but its not as smooth and it isnt good on the tranny cause the synchros dont have enough time to slow down the gears.
