Default Valve Adjustment For type S cams

i was wondering if I needed A vave adjustment after installing JDM TYPE S cams with the TYPE S springs and retainers? If so how much does this typically cost?

Yes you do. The car should not be started with out a valve adjustment if you have replaced the camshafts.

Additionally, after every race when racing (just good maintence), every 10,000 miles for spirited driving and every 30,000 miles for normal" driving.

The flat rate book pays "one hour" so if the labor rate is $60.00 and hour its $60.00 + V/C Gasket, tube seals and grommets when needed.

God Bless,
