vafc settings??

I just got a vtec controller.
Does any one know what the best setting for their h22a is?

dude, i know it is long. but read it. seriously. i made this so that there wouldnt be this same friggin question every week.

well, you really need it dyno tuned like SH_LUDER said, but for VTEC engagement, ~4800 RPMS up to ~5300 RPMS is a good area to have it engage... just where the idle lobes on the cams stop producing power, and right when the VYEC lobe can make really good power
