unable to pull cell codes

Default unable to pull cell codes

i have this intermittent cell that only comes on when the car is fully warmed up. but the kicker is that it doesnt happen all the time. so when it comes on i try to pull the code put get nothing. i have tried it many times on different occasions and cant get the damn code. anyone have this problem and found a solution.

by the way i have a 95 obd-I h23 with a p-28 with s300. thanks

Honestly, if the computer's not holding any codes I wouldn't worry about it...

Check that you ecu/radio fuse under the hood is not popped?
are you sure you are using the right port?
Doesn't the s300 store the codes so you can read it with the computer?

ill look at that fuse. ya i know im jumping the right one. ill look at some more stuff to see what else i can figure out.
