Maybe improper installation of the rebuild kit ? ..Have you done this before or was this rebuild your first time ? If you're not careful during the assembly of turbo after the rebuild, then your seals might come off of their intended locations causing leakage problems. Also, did you put everything back, no extra parts ? ..Sounds to me like you need to open the turbocharger back up and look everything over.

yeah ive got all the parts in and no this isntmy first time, Everything looks great. Just idk it keeps leaking idk >.< Really pissing me off.. i really dont understand how the Seal is a little metel clip.. idk if it matters But one of the ways im checking to see if it leaks is Im running a line from my air compresser into the turbo and only putting like 10 psi of air.and closeing all the ports, and its just slowly leaking at that shaft. idk

when i bought my kit, my new garret 57 trim started to like drip out the exhaust side a little like on the inside where it meets the cartridge. very minimal but it was still a leak. not sure if thats what your explaining but ive heard it happens quite a bit.

well if its that bad then theres something wrong if you keep having to fill up with oil. take it apart and inspect. thats my advice.
