all the gears and shift forks that are in the outer housing on the left. They need to be put in the other side of the casing. Then you need to fit the outer housing over all the parts.
There is a little more to it than that. Do you have a helms manual?
I have rebuilt this exact tranny a couple times. PM if you need a helms manual. I can email you the exact pages you need.

thanks man, yeah i have the helms manual, and i think i can do it, but the problem is that i dont have another car, so if i would mess up then i'm screwed and dont have enuff $$ to buy another trans, is there anyone close to me that mite be able to help??
do it yourself.
I know the fear you feel because i rebuilt mine this past summer, and there really isn't much to screwup beyond what the helms says, especially seeing that your gear shafts are already assembled. Don't forget the liquid gasket on the border between the housings, and that your main and countershafts aren't locked into the housing (in your pic on the left) so they could slide down when you try to invert the housing on the left to fit it into the housing on the right.
Maybe get another pair of hands to help, and as long as the 6 downward shafts (or maybe 5) make it into slots for them on the housing on the right, then you should be good.
I think if you wanted to do it more gracefully, you would pull the main and counter shafts up and out of the housing on your left and then place them in the housing on your right, after that make sure the shift forks and the reverse gear are lined up right. Placing the left housing empty on the right one is MUCH easier to do than putting them together the way they are now. Liquid gasket and torque it down. Check the shifter on the outside of the housing to see if it shifts normally.
hope this helps, remember all in all this shouldn't take more than 2 hours.

so as long as i take the shafts out of the left side and place them in the right side, nothing should seperate and it shouldnt be very hard??

Yes thats correct.
The hardest part to me was lining up this damn ring that sits on top of the main shaft. Its so hard to put the case on without hitting it and knocking of center. If the ring is off center it will not be correct make sure it is on right. There is also a snap ring that locks the main shaft in with the case. Make sure and use hondabond on the two mating surfaces of the case. Torque all bolts to spec as well.
Once its assembled you can use your hand to make sure all the gears switch correctly.
