does a prelude only come witht eh vtec..
and what is a vtec and what does it do???
ok im new to this four cylinder world and looking to get a honda prelud im trading off my 94 camaro z28.

hehe, if you get the 97+ preludes, they all come with vtec (wich is the H22a engine). if you get a 92-96, only the SIr's come with vtec
hard to explain what it is, but after around 4k rpms the car piks up. lol
