Okay so I got the stock head unit in my car now. But it has that code thing on it that gets reset everytime the battery is disconnected. I dont know what the preivous owner of the car had the code as I cant get in contact with the owner. Ive read the manual and it tells me nothing. Am I assed out, or is there a way to over ride the security system.

 

A Honda Dealership should be able to tell you the code.. I do not believe you are able to change it, so the previous owner shouldn't have changed it from stock..

Check the case.. The Head Unit I have, someone wrote the code on the bottom of the unit on a sticker..
