state ref

I HAVE A 92 PRELUDE WIT A H22a4 SWAP OFF A 1999, EVERYTHING IS STOCK WIT A STOCK OBD1 P13 ECU. EVERYTHING WAS CONVERTED OVER TO OBD1, AND IM WONDERING IF I WOULD PAST STATE REF.

2) Call them, we're not state refs, they are.

probably not. you can read the rules if you go the arb website. if you put in a obd2 engine that's fine, but you probably have to run it obd2 also (according to the regs).
