Default starting problems

I posted about a year ago about a problem I as having with my paint falling off.
I got a new paint job.

Now I have a new problem. I get into the car to start it, all the accessories work (radio, headlamps, radar, etc) I have had problems every month or so where it takes two or three attempts to start the car. After it starts, it runs fine for a month or so. Anout a week ago I had to try for about 5 minutes. After that the car at in my driveway for a day and a half. I tried starting it with no success and when my roommate got home we were able to jump it. That was three days ago. Last night at work, the same thing happened. I tried to jump it but it didnt work. I made sure the connection at the battery were snug. I cant tell if it is my starter or a bad cell in my battery. Any ideas?

take you battery and starter in and get them tested that will tell you if the problem is there.

Could be a duff ignition switch, 5th gen had a recall by Honda to replace a known faulty ignition free of charge, ring the dealers to see if it's been done.

lol this happens to people all the time im not sure why people with 5th gens dont look at the recalls and say hey my ignition switch is the reason why my car either dies or takes a hella long time to start up. just take it to the dealer or any dealer and have them replace it. they are free. enjoy your car starting up again with 1 try.
