Starting Problem!!!!!!!

I have a 92 si and when i try to start it...it just clicks once and nothing happens.....any help?..

oh and i changed plugs also and tried a new dist. cap...

sounds like battery or starter solenoid. check the battery. if it will start jump starting, its the battery. if you short the solenoid on the starter and it cranks, its the starter.

Take a look at your terminals that connect to your battery they may be dirty/corroded or a bad connection.

i mean all accessories work...could it still be the battery...and plus it is only a year old....

Hey check those connections...My cables were dirty and not connected good and I had all accessories working, but it just wouldn't start. just a click..clickk
