Default starter problem... I think?

I think my starter is taking a dump on me finally. How do you know? My car sometimes does not start up for a minute or two. Other times it starts up fine. When it finally starts up it runs great so i assume its not the alternator. When it does not start up it does not crank over. Do these sound like the symptoms of a starter failing?

probably. try taking it out and take it to an auto part store near you, they should be able to test it for you.

Check your grounds, poor contact.

Check the connections on the starter. If there fine make sure your battery terminals are tight. If that doesn't work then pull the starter out and have it checked but your local parts shop.

the battery terminals are so tight i cant take them off. All the grounds are good as well. Its a brand new battery as well. Once its running its fine. The problem is starting to get worse. It starts less and less often and i am starting to worry it just won't start soon. I am going to pick up a new starter tomorrow because its got 130miles on it so its pretty old. Fuel relay, how expensive is that to fix?

Main relay will keep it from starting, not from turning over. Could be:

starter
ground wire on starter
starter contacts

The contacts are replaceable. Honda doesn't sell a kit for it, but Toyota does. It's $10, and takes a little over an hour if you've never done it before. I'd do that before dumping money on a whole new starter

Are the starter contacts those wires running off the starter? if so it's them. I noticed that when i unplugged them and then replugged them it works everytime. After driving on bumpy roads if i turn the car off and try to start it up again it does not work. I pop the hood and push the wires together again and it starts up fine. Old wires i guess.

Nope, that's the ground wire. The contacts are inside the starter
