-SRS question-
When reading my manual, almost every time that you have to check any part, piece, or anything that comes in contact with the ecu, it recomends you to disconnect the srs system. Does this have to be done every single time you want to check something pertaining too? Or will just simply disconnecting the battery and pulling the "clock fuse" break the circuit to the ecu, to prevent an accident involving the srs system. I'm sure that this is standard procedure noted in the book to prevent a potential lawsuit, and also safety. But it doesn't have to be every time, right?
