spark plug help

I have a h22a2 with iceman intake, ss exhaust and Skunk2 chipped ecu. Can anyone tell me the best plugs to run. Im hopping to run nos soon as well.

Depending on how much nitrous you plan on using... I'd go with NGK BKR7E plugs.

How many miles do you have on your current spark plugs? I'd wait til you had the nos to throw in the new plugs.
