Default Smoking!!!!!!!!!!!

I did a engine swap now, and finish. Now when i drive my car, there steam coming from top of the intake manifold, i think its coming from under neath the intake manifold, im wondering what it is, Does anybody know??? Its thermometer gauge says my car is hot, my car is like overheating, and i thought my radiaitor is broken, but its not. So can anybody help me???

Did you change the thermostat on the swap? if not I would start there and also check all of the coolant hoses and bleed the coolant for an hour or so.

if it is the thermostat?? is that really the reason why its will steam under the intake manifold????

Im not forsure...The only way you are going to figure it out on your own is to start it up and start looking underneath the intake manifold , and pin point exactly where its coming from.It could be a coolant hose with some damage thats leaking or spitting coolant on the exaust , could be the intake manifold gasket leaking on the exaust. There are many possibilities but in the end its probably going to be an easy fix.

What does the steam/smoke smell like? Does it happen as soon as the car is running or after warm-up? I had a similar problem with my motor, but the car wasn't overheating like yours. I had smoke coming from the same area and it was a leaky oil pressure switch on the back of the engine. We found this when we pulled the motor out. This wouldn't explain why you're overheating I don't think, but maybe there's more than one thing going on and this is one of them. I don't know, but I figured I'd just throw it out there...

I think it is the intake manifold gasket, but if it is he oil pressure switch on the back of the engine??? how do you fix it? Is there hose connected or something?
