save your money, don't get the strut bars.
for coilovers, if you're really gonna drop it that low, i'd advise something like the tein FLEX, or the JIC FLT-A2's, because suspension travel is independent of ride height. or you can get GC's and Koni's and get the koni's shortened.
sway bars, the ST bars are ok, and the Progress adjustable rear bar rules.

I have just grond controls right now and if I go all the way down it doesnt look that low like from the front up close but actually the undercarriage is only about 3 inch or so. I have KYB AGX struts coming soon also from what i hear it should ride prety decent. But if you got the money definetly go with tein or koni's and gcs
well on my 5th gen i got coilovers and when i lowered them almost all the way it looked perfect but it was bouncy as **** on the street. also the coilovers were so bouncy that when i hit a bump it busted my fromt 2 tokico struts. so i sold them and got 2 more struts and 2" springs and it rides perfect and is a perfect drop. if you want you can get coilovers in the reer and it wont be that bad but dont get them in the front unless you dont care how bumpy of a ride your gonna have. if you get them in the reer you can raise them up all the way in the back and have the front slammed when you go to the track. lol. i saw someone do it and it helped out more than you would think.
oh yeah and 92ludesi is right my tires are like right on the fenderwall, not touching though, and it rides like litterally 2-3 inches off the ground. so watch out for bumps my header just about has a hole in it.

When I had my lude at it's "lowered height" it was two fingers from the bottom of the mud flats. I couldn't stand a 12oz can underneth it, that is how low it was.
My set up at the time was ebay coilovers and kyb agx struts with progressive 1.75-3.25 degree adjustable camberkit. I took the front sleeves out in the front to make it as low as possible, and left them in the back(yea ghetto, but it gave me the wanted apperance, and drove smooth, so why not).
Now I'm using H&R race springs, and it is at a nice 3" drop that is a lot easier to drive with on our shitty *** WI roads.
If you have money get the real coilovers- all in one. Otherwise I'd suggest springs, as springs will not make nearly as much noise as cheap coilovers. Good luck, and don't forget to get a good camber kit.
Good luck!

you can send em to koni and they shorten the stroke of the rod/piston so that it doesn't need to travel as much to dampen effectively..
