Should I plug this ?
I removed this thing for better air flow

from here

I now have a loose vaccum line that sucks air when the engine runs

It was connected to this valve

What should I do with this line ? Keep in mind that if I pull it and cap the end it will build pressure . If I leave it disconnected it will pull dirt and debris . Maybe I could pull the valve off of that big black thing reconnect it and place it somewhere else out of the way . Any Ideas ?

Just cap it off. It's just a vaccum line to open up a butterfly in the resinator(the thing you just removed)
You can remove the whole line and cap it off from the intake manifold if you want to clean it up a bit.
