Default Shift Linkage problem

CAR: 1997 PRELUDE H22 Manual LSD

Ok so i got my manual swap back from the garage and it drove fine all night, and today... as i shifted from 2nd to 3rd the shift **** went all the way to where the gear is supposed to be, but its as if there was no gear there... I then realized that all of the "top" gears were like that, 1st, 3rd, and 5th. My 2nd and 4th gears worked fine. Is it possible that one of my shift cables came un hooked ? I've read some stuff about a "bitch pin". Is this the problem ? Any input is appreciated... Here's a diagrom of my shift assembly.

I think the cotter pin fell off, and the select link pin came out... Is this possible ?

Any input appreciated.. thanks !

open your hood and look at the cable to be sure they're still hooked up

Ok problem solved, the bung around the shifter cable (at the shifteR) unclipped, and the shifter was pulling on the hose instead of the cable inside.

Thanks for the input !!
