Ok I have a 97 Honda prelude SH 5 speed I scanned it today cause it is jerking while I drive it around 2500 to 3000 rpm I scan it an it threw these codes t1359 and t1491 one is tkp/topdeadcenter sensor disconnected no idea what that is the other is EGR valve lift insufficient yet again not idea any info wil be greatly appreciated

 

you already have another post about this problem. 97 is obd2 so the tdc sensor is located inside your distributor is dead.
