Default is this safe?

can i use a stock h222 head with an h22 block that has jdm high compression pistons?

the head is stock and the block is stock besides the pistons

also, will it matter if its a h22a4 block with a h22a1 head?

H's are H's......What are JDM HIGH COMPRESSION pistons? You mean HIGHER?

Probably some Type S pistons. Either way, you'll be fine.

just be sure to use a headgasket for an a4 (open deck)
