Default Rough Startup

When I start my car first thing in the morning it seems to have trouble reaching fast idle. It studders on the way up. And when I blip the throttle it bogs down a lot, but when I slowly push the throttle it seems to gain revs easy. I've also noticed that sometimes when i'm driving and I push the throttle a little bit it stutters and then starts to accelerate. I just recently put in an oil change and didn't see anything wrong there. I KNOW I need to replace the motor mounts lots of torqueing that I can feel when engaging/disengaging the clutch. I don't know if the motor mounts have anything to do with it though. I had a problem with the ignitor a while back and had that replaced not sure if it could be anywhere near the same problem though, last time the ignitor just died and left me stranded. This problem seems to happen only in the morning cold. When I start it up during work to drive around there doesn't seem to be any problem.

Sorry if there has been something about this already didn't find it in search. Your help is much appreciated.

-Thanks,
Chris

cold start valve, new spark plugs, sea foam your engine due to carbon build up, could be wires. Mine was the cold start valve but it could be any of those, maybe even a vacuum leak.

Oh.. and I wanted to mention it was an h23... I've thought about seafoaming, but I haven't because I have about 180k on the engine and I've heard that you can cause lots of leaks from removing the carbon that's actually sealing the leaks. I should probably replace wires, I did cap and rotor recently, I will get plug wires and plugs, but please any more ideas would be helpful. Where would I start to look for a vacuum leak at? Simply put, i'm mechanicly inclined but only know enough about cars to get myself in trouble but WANT to work on it myself to further learn on how to work on ****.

I was 99.9% sure it wasn't the motor mounts seeing as it doesn't do anything to startup of an engine, but I thought I'd throw it in there
