Car jumps up to 3000 then back down to below 1000 when standing still. It only happens once the car has been running for maybe a mile or two then it starts. I replace the IACV and nothing. Im hearing its an air leak, but how can I tell? I notice that the exhaust is rusted, could that be a problem? If anyone know what to do, please help..thanks

also your TPS might be on its way out...it causes simular problems as the
IACV
