Default replacing a wheel stud..??

My girlfriend has a 92 prelude. The one wheel stud in the back driverside is stripped a little bit. What all is involved in replacing, think I could do it myself? or should I just take it to a shop?

you dont need to replace it.... your more than welcome too, but it involves replacing the whole hub.
you just buy a 'tap' set.... it just re-threads the bolt. really easy to use, im pretty sure you can go to a pep boys and just ask them about it.

Have the hub removed (or remove it yourself) and remove the stud and replace the old stud with a new stud. You can try this or take it to a shop. I would recommend you take it to someone who has done the work before. My buddy as press but he couldn't get the hub back in himself.

No need to get whole new hub.
