Removed indiglo gauges, now the needles are off, help me recalibrate them
Ok, we removed some blown indiglo gauges from my friends 5th gen prelude and during removal the gauge needles were moved and the speedo reads off by 10mph and the tach by about 150-200rpm. I have a pocketlogger which is a datalogger for OBD-II so I hooked it up to his car to verify what the car was actually doing for speed and RPM, so I know exactly what to set the needles to, I just need help figuring out how I can permanently set the needles to another setting. If you are to move them just by turning them they will go right back to their previous setting, so my guess is they need to be pulled and then reinstalled at a different setting. Please help.

im not sure how to recalibrate. i thought that once it gets screwed with then its off forever. IMO drive 10 mph slower/faster. 150-200 rpm.... thats a little needle in the haystack deal.... just buy an aftermarket tach and shiftlight. car looks faster and the rpm is alittle more accurate.
