Default Remote start?

Is there somebody here that's got a remote start on his gen5 lude? (manual)
I have a remote that can start the car and wanted to do that. I have problems getting past the Immobilizer unit.
If somebody here has it, how did you connect it?

PS. Those who plan on talking about the risks on this don't bother on posting. I know the risks and just want to know how to plug it in. DS.

I have a remotestart/alams installed by my self. You need to get an imobilizer bypass (15 $ US). Check out the Peripheral web site. It has the wiring diagram for the (TBHA1) transponder interface. I installed another make, bu the wiring is all the same. You need this to sumlate having a key in the ignition so the car will strat remotely. Hope this helps.

yeap, same thing I did except I used one by a company from canada. DEI makes the 555U which is a universal and requires no wiring into the car (the only wires you need to tag are ones on the remote start unit its self), and then they also make one you can wire into the immob system and it remembers the code from the key so you don't need the "key in the box" like the 555U requires
