Default Rebuilding My H22 Tranny

Well Imma be rebuilding my tranny pretty soon so I have a couple of questions here.
Now my question are:

How much do those Quaife LSDs run for?
Is there any racing gear kits for the H22 trannies?
What about shift link cables...Is there any kits to make them shorter for this trannies?

For the clutch I'm thinking Act Street clutch...I was thinking 6 puck before but I don't think I want that kind of harsh engagement in my everyday driving...and an ACT lightweighter flywheel...

As far as the clutches and flywheels I'm open to suggestions, so please give me any feedback on your experience with different clutches/flywheels.

Now as far as Tranny fluid....I really need to know what kind of damn fluid will help this freakin synchros that always go out on this trannies...?

Should I try getting Synchromesh and ran it in my tranny from the start, or what do you guys suggest?

Any feedback will be really helpful, thanks guys.

So guys....I need some feedback here....
My 2nd is kinda hard to get into sometimes and my 5th is starting to grind.
Can I just get the parts from NApa to rebuild it?

The time its getting closer here and I'm going to do it in a couple of weeks at school.

I think they are around $750-850

Not that I know of. Stick with OEM gears

You could always get a short shifter kit.
I believe there are a few guys running all metal shift linkages
bit I wouldn't go that route.

Go with the ACT-XTSS (organic street disc)
good for street and plenty of holding power for you.

I would run a 10w30 motor oil in it to start out with.
That's what the helms says so that's the route I would go with that.

when you get your synchros from Honda (if that's who you're ordering them from), ask them if the ones you'll be getting are carbon coated, there was a service update from honda x number of years ago in which there was a mention of honda slowly switching over to carbon coated synchros for replacement parts sales.

PS, don't buy your parts from NAPA, you get what you pay for, just get OEM.

circuitworks/prodrive final drive kit, if you want some more acceleration. They came out with a drag race version since everyone kept buying the roadcourse ones and complaining when they brake.
