Random problems: Power locks and key noise

2 problems..

wheni get out of the car, and i try tolock the car from the inside, the locks dont work? but they unlock fine, and occasionly they work from the inside..

2nd: when i open the drivers side door, the sound turns on when you put the key in.. like the chimes... wtf!!

someone help me out!

check your fuses, relay, and wiring....im pretty sure there is a power lock relay...correct me if im wrong...

that always happens, every prelude does that....
